Please read these terms carefully before using Born2Earn to buy game credits and use our wallet features.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account and placing an order on Born2Earn, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Age Restrictions & Payment Ownership

You must be at least 18 years old to use Born2Earn. We strictly prohibit minors from using this platform to prevent unauthorized transactions (e.g., children using their parents' bank accounts to buy game credits without permission).

  • All wallet deposits and payments must be made from a bank account or UPI ID registered under your own name.
  • Using parents' accounts without explicit permission or using someone else's payment details is a serious violation of our terms.

Penalty: If we detect any violation of this policy, your account will be immediately and permanently suspended, and strictly NO REFUNDS will be issued for any remaining wallet balance or pending orders.

3. Orders & Game UIDs

When purchasing game credits (such as UC, Diamonds, etc.), it is strictly your responsibility to provide the correct Player ID (UID).

  • We are not responsible for credits delivered to a wrong account if the UID provided by you was incorrect.
  • Deliveries usually take 5 to 15 minutes but may be delayed due to official game server maintenance.
  • Prices of game packages are subject to change without prior notice based on official publisher pricing.

4. Wallet Deposits & UPI

Users can add funds to their Born2Earn wallet using UPI payments and Gift Cards.

  • For manual UPI deposits, you must enter the exact 12-digit UTR (Reference Number). Fake UTR submissions will lead to instant account suspension.
  • Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn to a bank account. It can only be used to purchase items within the app.
  • Gift Cards are single-use. Once redeemed, the action cannot be reversed.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Because digital goods are delivered instantly to game servers, all sales are final.

Refunds to your app wallet will only be issued if:

  • We are unable to fulfill your order due to stock or server issues.
  • The official game server rejects the provided UID.

Initiating a chargeback or dispute via your bank for a successfully delivered order is considered fraud and will result in a permanent ban.

6. Account Suspensions

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent behavior. Your account will be suspended if you:

  • Violate our 18+ age restriction or use someone else's payment method.
  • Repeatedly submit fake payment requests (Fake UTRs).
  • Attempt to exploit bugs, hack the app, or bypass payment gateways.
  • Use vulgar language while communicating with our support team.

Suspended accounts will lose access to all remaining wallet balances.

7. Disclaimers

Born2Earn acts as an independent reseller/distributor. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners (e.g., Krafton, Garena). Use of these names, logos, and brands does not imply endorsement by the original developers.
